GIRLS COMMITMENT LETTERS - INSTRUCTIONS & LINKS

If you have committed to play for one of our LAVA GIRLS locations, please follow the instructions below to finalize the commitment process:

#2 - Fill out the form with all required fields.

FROM THE REGIONAL GOVERNING BODY (SCSN):
10U-14U TRYOUTS: OCTOBER 03, 2026
AFTER 8:00 AM ON OCTOBER 04, 2026 - ALL PLAYERS:
# - Fill out the Player Commitment Form https://scsnvolleyball.sportngin.com/register/form/337167420 on SportsEngine, committing to one and ONLY ONE club. The player will fill out their information and select the club that they are committing to from a drop-down list of all 26-27 SCSN registered clubs.
1. Players (parent/guardian) and the club will receive an email receipt of their commitment form upon filling it out.
2. The SCSN will have access to all commitment forms for the 26-27 season.
# - After the Commitment Form has been filled out, the player can select their club’s name from the SCSN Clubs Listing. The link will take the player to purchase their 26-27 USAV/SCSN membership ($78/person) which will automatically assign the player to their club.
1. All players will then be registered in their club’s SportsEngine HQ.
2. All 2026-2027 USAV / SCSN memberships will become available for purchase on October 04, 2026, at 8 A.M. (For all coaches, staff, and players 18+ or turning 18 during the 26-27 season, please wait until August 1st to complete SafeSport, as that is when it becomes valid for the upcoming season.)
