Admin & Directors
The Los Angeles Volleyball Academy (LAVA) is the collaboration of many respected individuals within the volleyball community. We have several full-time staff members, a host of significant part-time administrators, and a handful of parent volunteers, not to mention our army of excellent head and assistant coaches.
We are proud of all the people we have on staff with us at LAVA, people who care about volleyball and care about doing things the right way — men and women of differing backgrounds and fields who’ve come together to operate the Los Angeles Volleyball Academy as a whole. Our Founding Members
Three individuals form the core of our LAVA leadership, men who came to LAVA from different backgrounds but who share the same sense of honor and integrity, as well as a sense of what makes clubs successful. Girls & Boys Directors
Each LAVA Girls and SMBC Boys affiliate location has its own Club Director. There are seven girls locations and four boys locations at present. We have a phenomenal group of men and women working under our banner and are proud to present our Girls Directors to you now.
Administrative Staff
Our Founding Members (Nabil, Trevor, and Ron) act as the leadership of the club, crafting the vision and setting our path, and our Directors are the excellent few who look to see that vision come to fruition on the court. But LAVA is far more than just our Founders and Directors: our administrative staff working behind the scenes is one of the best in the business, a group of committed, caring individuals with great passion for volleyball, great dedication, and great devotion to our players, parents, and families — the true bedrock of the Los Angeles Volleyball Academy. Here are a few of the administrative people making things happen for LAVA.
